WhIZ provides product information to users through a smartphone iOS app. , moving beyond printed support and providing information access and enabling faster resolution to product queries.
Whiz has the entire range of product information available and is also classified by Industry applications they are most frequently used in. With the WhIZ application, users can share product information via SMS, email, WhatsApp and can contact the organization for more product details or purchase information. The application enables the user to select the products of interest and share details such as catalogue number, product description, available pack size and list price of the product via SMS, email or WhatsApp in just a few clicks. In addition to sharing information with friends and colleagues, users can also request GE for more information, quotation etc. of the selected products through email. The app also facilitates search for product of interest and receive relevant details.
